Because we sell digital products, there is no physical shipping involved. This policy explains how and when you'll receive access to your purchase.
How Delivery Works

- Delivery emails are typically sent within a few minutes of purchase. In rare cases, it may take longer due to email processing delays.
- Please make sure you enter a valid, active email address at checkout — this is the only way we can deliver your product.
Didn't Receive Your Email?
If you haven't received your delivery email within a couple of hours of purchase:
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
- Confirm the email address you entered at checkout was correct.

If you still can't find it, contact us at info@clysten.com with your order number and we'll resend your download link.
Download Link Access
- Download links are valid for an unlimited time and can be used an unlimited amount of times
- We recommend downloading and saving your files to your device as soon as possible after purchase.
- If your link has expired or stopped working, contact us at info@clysten.com and we'll help you regain access.
Technical Issues
If your file is corrupted, incomplete, or won't open, please contact us at info@clysten.com as soon as possible so we can send you a working copy.
Lost Access
Lost your download link or switched devices? No problem — email us at info@clysten.com with your order number and we'll re-send it to you.
