Return Policy

All sales are final. Because we sell digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and access to the product has been provided.

Damages and Issues

While we don't offer refunds, we do stand behind the quality of what we sell. Please contact us immediately at info@clysten.com if:

The file(s) you received are corrupted, incomplete, or won't download/open
You received the wrong item
The product doesn't match its description in a material way

We'll evaluate the issue and make it right — typically by providing a working replacement file, correcting the error, or issuing a refund at our discretion if the issue can't be resolved.

Non-Refundable Items

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

Change of mind after purchase or download
Accidental purchases
Incompatibility with your device or software (please check requirements before buying)
Sale items or discounted products
Gift cards

European Union 14-Day Withdrawal Right

If you are located in the European Union, you normally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. However, this right does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium once:

Performance has begun, and
You have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal by doing so.

By completing your purchase and accessing your digital product, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived, in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective or faulty digital content, as described above.
